Cashback Terms&Conditions

Trade in your Thermomix® for the brand new TM7 and receive a cashback: €250 when trading in your TM31 or TM5, and even €400 when trading in your TM6.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are made available to the Customer in a manner that allows the Customer to store the T&Cs on a durable medium.

General provisions

The general terms and conditions of sale of VORWERK BENELUX (‘GTC’) apply to the sale of VORWERK BENELUX products (the “Product”) to customers (‘Customer(s)’) via its website (‘Webshop’) and to any other agreement between VORWERK BENELUX and the Customer. The GTC take precedence over all other general terms and conditions of sale. Amendments to the GTC take effect as soon as they are posted online and do not apply to previous transactions.

A. Promoter

‘VORWERK BENELUX’: Vorwerk BENELUX, a private company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Mechelsesteenweg 586 bus C, 1800 Vilvoorde and with Belgian company number 1005.465.871 (hereinafter referred to as “Vorwerk” or ‘Promoter’).

B. Description of the Promotion

  1. End-user customers who purchase a TM7 within a certain period (17.11.2025 to 31.12.2025, the “Promotion Period”) can request a cashback (“Claim”; refund paid exclusively by bank transfer) when trading in their old device (TM31, TM5, or TM6).
  2. The Promotion applies to TM7 units purchased between 17.11.2025 and 31.12.2025 and can be redeemed by the final redemption date of 19-01-2026, provided that the Terms and Conditions set out herein are met. The return package can be sent back until 31 January 2026.
  3. Only one claim can be made for each TM7 purchased (within the Promotion Period).

C. Eligibility

  1. The person or company submitting the Claim within this Promotion is hereinafter referred to as the “Participant.” The person or company entitled to receive the Cashback is hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Consumer.” The Cashback is transferred to the Customer as specified in the “Claim” section.
  2. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a Participant must meet the following eligibility conditions (“Eligibility Conditions”): a. 18 years or older; b. Purchased the product via the Benelux Thermomix® webshop. Products purchased via a loan, hire purchase, or credit agreement are not eligible; c. Purchased a TM7 device as described within the Promotion Period; d. Have all information available to submit the Claim as described in the “Claim Registration” section; e. Meet any additional specific promotion requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions to qualify for receipt of the Cashback for this Promotion.
  3. This Promotion is not valid for professional users.

D. Claim

  1. The applicable Cashback amount is set at €250 for a TM31 or TM5 and €400 for a TM6. The device (incl. bowl) must be returned in a hygienic condition.
  2. Products purchased via a loan, hire purchase, or credit agreement are not eligible.
  3. Registration for the Promotion must be made online and within the “Redemption Period,” which runs until 19.01.2026. The date of the order confirmation (confirmation email with order number) is considered the purchase date. Late submissions are not eligible for this Promotion.
  4. If a Thermomix® device is returned (resulting in withdrawal from the sales contract), no refund can be claimed. If the Cashback has already been paid, it must be repaid in full to Vorwerk Benelux.

E. Claim Registration

  1. Participants must complete and submit the required information during registration via the online claim form in their online Thermomix® profile. (URL provided in the original document) a. TM7 order number; b. Previous Thermomix® model; c. Serial number of the old Thermomix® d. Delivery address linked to the TM7 order e. Personal and bank details. The use of this data will be provided to Vorwerk and its authorized agents for the purpose of processing the Claim.
  2. After the claim form is received, Vorwerk will send a confirmation by email. The confirmation email contains a summary of the claim form. The Customer must add a copy of the confirmation email to the return package. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact benelux@customercare.vorwerk.com if no email confirmation is received within 2 weeks of registration.

From 20.01.2026, the online form for the promotion will be closed and no further registrations will be accepted.

  1. The Promoter has the right, where necessary, to take all measures as reasonably required to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims, including, without limitation, to generate or require further proof of purchase/ownership (e.g., a photo of the label with the serial number, barcodes, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant data of a Participant). This process may result in the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulently altered, or illegible Claims that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. If the Participant does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the request will be rejected.

F. Return Shipment of Old Thermomix® Device

  1. After the TM7 has been ordered and the Customer has completed the cashback registration form, a confirmation email will be sent that contains a summary of the registration form (see E. Claim Registration).
  2. Vorwerk will send a return label to the specified email address and a box to the delivery address (linked to the TM7 order). Claims will only be accepted if the old Thermomix® device is shipped in the return box provided by Vorwerk with the return label attached.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact benelux@customercare.vorwerk.com if no return box is received within 3 weeks of registration.

  1. The old Thermomix® device (incl. the associated bowl) can be returned free of charge to Vorwerk in the return box (including a copy of the confirmation email) using only the shipping label provided by Vorwerk (DPD).
  2. The Customer can send the return package to Vorwerk until 31.01.2026 (the “Dispatch Period”) by dropping the package at a DPD pickup point. The handover date at DPD serves as proof.
  3. Once Vorwerk has determined that the old Thermomix® device specified by the Customer has been returned in a hygienic condition, processing of the cashback (refund) will be initiated.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulently altered, or illegible Claims that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. If the Participant does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the request will be rejected.

G. Payment

  1. Vorwerk Benelux aims to process valid payment requests within 8 weeks from receipt of the Participant’s completed request and final validation, or as soon as possible thereafter. Vorwerk Benelux is not liable if claims are processed outside this timeframe.
  2. The Cashback will be paid by bank transfer in the name of the personal details entered in the online registration form, to the bank account submitted during registration of the claim, and can only be made to a valid bank account in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg. No bank cheques will be issued under any circumstances.
  3. Participants are fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes imposed by local tax law and any other relevant costs or expenses not specified in the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Payment will only take place after Vorwerk Benelux has ensured that the Participant has fully complied with these terms and conditions and associated instructions.

H. Payment process

  1. The refund is initiated once the return package and the old Thermomix® device have been approved. This can take up to 8 weeks.
  2. The promotion is valid for all TM7 orders placed between 17.11.2025 and 31.12.2026.
  3. The applicable Cashback amount is set at €250 for a TM31 or TM5 and €400 for a TM6. The device (incl. bowl) must be returned in a hygienic condition.

I. Personal Data

  1. Participants only need to disclose the personal data required for the Promotion. By disclosing this data, Participants agree that the data will be processed in the context of the Promotion.
  2. Vorwerk and its successors in title process personal data only in accordance with local law and use it solely for payment of the Promotion.
  3. Only with your explicit consent may Vorwerk contact you by email with information about products, services, and/or support. This may include information about new products, special offers, or a possible invitation to participate in market research.
  4. Vorwerk recognizes that privacy is a fundamental human right and further acknowledges the importance of privacy, security, and data protection for our customers and partners worldwide.

J. General

  1. The Cashback is not granted to a Participant who: a) has not purchased a TM7 device within the Promotion Period; and/or b) has not correctly completed the claim form; and/or c) has not submitted the claim within the Redemption Period; d) has not sent the return package before the Dispatch Period; and/or e) has not used the provided return box and/or return label; f) has in any way not complied with these Terms and Conditions as determined at Vorwerk’s sole discretion.
  2. Vorwerk reserves the right to check all claim requests to ensure compliance with the promotion’s terms and to request additional information regarding claims and supporting documents. Participants who have abused the promotion will be excluded. Vorwerk reserves the right to initiate criminal prosecution.
  3. In the event of false or incorrect claims submitted by the Customer or overpayments made by Vorwerk, the Participant must, provided that Vorwerk notifies the Participant in writing at least 28 calendar days in advance, repay or reimburse such false, incorrect, or overpayments and shall indemnify and hold Vorwerk harmless against any liability, claims, damages, and tax obligations arising in such circumstances.
  4. The Participant agrees to indemnify Vorwerk from responsibility for any liability, claims, damages, and tax obligations that may arise in such circumstances.
  5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a) non-receipt of submissions due to delivery errors and other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; (b) late, lost, misdirected, or damaged shipments or claims; (c) computer- or communication-related malfunctions or errors; (d) interruptions, loss, or damage caused by events beyond the Promoter’s control; (e) technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other errors or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the Participant from taking part in the Promotion or otherwise impedes participation; (f) printing or typographical errors in materials related to the Promotion; or (g) loss, damage, or injury of any kind and however caused to Participants in connection with this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions operates so as to exclude or limit Vorwerk’s liability for death or personal injury of Participants proven to have been caused by Vorwerk’s negligence.
  6. The Promoter is not liable for any interruption of the Promotion, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
  7. Vorwerk reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  8. Vorwerk may cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  9. Vorwerk’s decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding.
  10. This Promotion is subject to the laws of the country of the Promoter. In the event of a dispute, the courts at the place of the Promoter’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
  11. Participation in the promotion implies agreement with the current promotion conditions. The competent court for disputes relating to the promotion is the Commercial Court in Brussels, with a prior potential procedure to attempt an amicable settlement.
